Into the Woods
This series is together with Africa Calling my most popular one. It covers more or less most of the American wildlife. From the red cardinal in your backyard, the raccoon stealing the pears from my tree (every year!) to the bisons in the West and the moose up North. I love creating little or more dramatic woodsy scenes on my pots. I love it even more that those scenes tap into memories …

Bonus: leave them out on your table and most likely you’ve eaten them all before you know it.

This bottle vase is a true signature piece for your home. The vase is completely handbuilt and is giving its own unique character with the use of carvings, underglaze transfers, silkscreens, underglaze and glaze.
It’s a perfect mix of a sculpted beauty and functional use as a vase for flowers, or a carafe for water.
The vase is made to order. It takes about 3 weeks. As the vase is completely handmade the decor will slightly vary, as the birds and branches will vary in position.

Every mug is built with my hands, mug for mug, and it takes many steps before a mug is actually the mug you are looking at.
First, all components are individually shaped. When the clay reaches a certain stiffness, the components are brought together and the shape of the mug appears.
After a little bit of drying it’s ready to give the mug it’s identity. Carvings, use of underglaze transfers, silkscreens and underglaze, glaze, and endless love make every mug unique.
This is why no two mugs are exactly the same. Each have their own identity. They love good company, whether it’s a good book, a kitchen counter, coffee with friends — it’s all good.
As with all my pots, they are microwave and dishwasher safe. Click here for PotteryAdventures FAQs.
